CE-Certified Medical Devices

Our Mini Dental Implants are CE-marked medical devices, certified by SGS, in compliance with the European Medical Device Regulation

The CE mark confirms that the implants:

  • Meet European safety and quality standards
  • Are suitable for their intended use in dental implantology

What Does the Manufacturer Warranty Cover?

Our Manufacturer Warranty covers the implant product itself — specifically:

  • Material defects
  • Manufacturing defects

If an implant is found to have a material or manufacturing defect, and has been used according to:

  • the intended use
  • the instructions for use
  • the recommended surgical protocol

— the warranty provides:
Replacement of the implant
or
Refund of the product value (at the manufacturer’s discretion)

What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?

The Manufacturer Warranty does not cover:

  • Clinical outcomes (such as implant success or failure due to biological or surgical factors)
  • Use of the implant outside the intended use
  • Failure to follow surgical protocol or aftercare instructions
  • Improper oral hygiene or lack of follow-up care
  • Implants placed by non-certified partner dentists
  • Damage due to accident, trauma, or external factors

Important Notes on Clinical Success

The clinical outcome of any dental implant treatment depends on:
The patient’s general health and oral condition
Bone quality and quantity
Proper surgical technique
Appropriate aftercare and oral hygiene
Therefore, no implant manufacturer can guarantee clinical success or osseointegration.

How to Ensure Warranty Coverage

To benefit from the Manufacturer Warranty:

  • Have your Mini Dental Implants placed by a Certified Partner Dentist from our network.
  • Ensure that the dentist follows the recommended treatment protocol.
  • Follow all oral hygiene and aftercare instructions provided by your dentist.
  • Attend regular dental check-ups.

Implant Pass — Your Personal Implant Record

For each Mini Dental Implant placed, the patient receives an Implant Pass.
This document includes:

  • The LOT number (batch number) of each implant
  • Identification of the product
  • Information about the Certified Partner Dentist
  • Date of placement

How to Receive Your Implant Pass:

After your treatment, your Certified Partner Dentist will provide you with your Implant Pass.

If you have not received it, please ask your dentist to provide it.

The Implant Pass is necessary for:

  • Tracking of your implants
  • Verifying warranty eligibility
  • Ensuring full traceability of the medical device (as required by European MDR regulations)
